Founder & President
Sunday Adeleke Aladegbaye, FIICA is the President/CEO(Founder) of ALPES Charitable Foundation.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial and Corporate Administrators, and an alumnus of the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
He is a retired Director of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Nigeria highly experienced, versatile, skilled in research, a strong communicator with a proven track record as an accomplished non-conventional banker(who played a pivotal role of co-writing with the Pioneer National Coordinator of the feasibility study that established the People’s Bank of Nigeria/being the very first staff of the bank to be employed at inception on 3rd October 1989) and a time tested seasoned educationist. He delivers high-quality content with strong/extraordinary leadership in the Private and Public Sectors that has spanned over 3 decades.
As a man of integrity, honor, and distinction, he was at some point in his career appointed by Delta State Government of Nigeria as an Examination Marshal and Secretary to Delta State Committee of Federal Ministry of Education’s Examination Bodies Integrity/Ethics Programme in Delta State, the south southern part of Nigeria.
While serving in the Private and Public Sector, Aladegbaye attended several trainings & conferences within and outside Nigeria some of which include the Head Office Credit Operations at Grameen Bank, Head Office, Mirpurr Two, Dhaka, Bangladesh, Asia, the 38th Conference of Association for Educational Assessment in Africa(AEAA) in Livingstone, Zambia and the 49th Conference of International Association of Educational Assessment (IAEA) in Philadelphia, United States of America.
Aladegbaye’s passion for lifting the poorest of the poor out of poverty and cushioning the effects of the pains of the downtrodden across the globe is the motivating factor behind the establishment of ALPES Charitable Foundation.

Faith Ladi Aladegbaye, (FCIB) is the Vice President of ALPES Charitable Foundation.
She is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and holds a B.A (Hons) in English from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria, has an MBA in Management and belongs to a host of Professional Bodies.
She has over 20 years of work experience in the Banking Industry and over 10 years as an Entrepreneur. She is passionate about creating a positive social impact and enhancing the well-being of individuals in education, health and social mediation.
Director Legal Affairs

Emmanuel Aladegbaye, (BL) is the Director of Legal Affairs at ALPES Charitable Foundation. He is a Barrister at Law, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria.
His active practice at Africa Law Practice NG & Co., CLYP Trading Limited, Akinwunmi and Busari (Legal Practitioners), and AELEX Legal have garnered his wealth of experience. He is passion-driven about securing interventions in the Justice system and advocates for the protection and promotion of individuals rights and their well-being. He mediates in conflict resolution for peaceful coexistence to build a stronger community.
Director of Technology

Samuel Aladegbaye is the Director of Information Technology at ALPES Charitable Foundation.
He has a B.Sc in Computer Science from the frontline meritorious Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria. Samuel has certifications in a number of International Courses related to Finance and Tech.
He is a self-driven individual, an innovative thinker, an avid reader, a skilled researcher with adeptness in seeking out effective and efficient solutions to problems.
He has work experience in the Banking Sector as well as Asset Management. He is also an active member of ForbesBLK.
His passion is to contribute to the Digital and Financial Literacy in communities by offering capacity building programs in IT and Investment Management skills while mentoring and conducting R & D in IT for Social Impact

Adenike Emeya-Friday (ACA) is the Director of finance and Accounts of ALPES Charitable Foundation.
She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc(Hons) in Accounting from Covenant University Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.
She has several years work experience and is a certified member of:
– Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
– Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
She is passionate about creating a positive impact in the society and enhancing the well being of individuals in her community
Regional Director (S.W Zone)

Chief Ayodeji Adedapo Samo is ALPES Charitable Foundation’s Regional Director of The South West Zone of Nigeria, with its base in Ekiti State.
He has a B.Ed in Physical and Health Education from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and has over 3 decades of work experience in Sports and the healthcare sectors having attended several trainings/conferences within and outside Nigeria. He was also a one-time General Manager, Ekiti State Sports Council.
He is a member of several Sports organizations and has made a formidable impact in his interactions. He has a passion for grooming youths in sports activities and caring for the elderly.
Coordinator Support Services (S.E Zone)
Chinwe J. Ogbuka, PhD
Is the Coordinator – Support Services, South East Zone for ALPES Charitable Foundation and is a Nigerian Professional Media Consultant, experienced Journalist with over 15 years of practice, and a Public Relations Expert as well as Event Manager and Strategic Communication & Public speaking expert.
Media experiences saw her working in Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Enugu, as an Industrial Trainee student, Concord Group of Company, Lagos, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, (FRCN), Ibadan, for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Programme, while she was at Punch Newspapers, Lagos as a Reporter/ Senior Correspondent for 15 years, National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), Abuja as Chief Broadcast Policy and Research Officer, & later at the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board as Chief Information Officer/ Public Relations Officer.
On the other hand while at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) she functioned first as Chief Information Officer to the Chairman & later as Deputy Director Publicity of the Commission. She has also served in several Committees set up by the Independent National Electoral Commission and headed some, namely coordinated workshops for stakeholders in election activities and the Media, Organised and anchored a series of Quarterly Consultative meetings of the Commission with critical stakeholders in the electoral system in the country.
Dr Ogbuka is a member of diverse professional bodies which include Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Fellow Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (ICAD), Fellow Institute of Corporate and Public Sector Professionals (ICPSP)
She is very passionate about the work of charity.
Regional Director (S.S Zone)

Iniobong Uko,Ph.D, is a Professor of English in the University of Uyo,Nigeria.
She is the Regional Director, South South Zone,Nigeria and member of the Board of ALPES Charitable Foundation.
Professor Uko writes and publishes globally on themes of gender, African Literature, and ecocriticism, and undertakes cross-cultural studies of African and Diasporic women’s writings, across all genres. Professor Uko has served the University of Uyo at different times as Vice Dean of Students, Vice Dean of Arts, Head,Department of English, Director,General Studies, Director, Pre-Degree & Basic Studies, and has served in numerous committees and panels.
Having spent some years working at the Department of African Studies, University of Michigan-Flint, U.S.A., she set herself in networks with other scholars and groups to probe the diverse issues that confront black women daily in all spheres of life in different cultures of the world.
Professor Uko is widely travelled, and participates in several women’s activities and initiatives in Nigeria and abroad. She is the 52nd Inaugural Lecturer of the University of Uyo. Prof. Uko is a member of the National Association of Artificial Intelligence Practitioners, as well as the prestigious Nigerian Academy of Letters. She is married, and is blessed with children.
A compassionate scholar and friend of the masses that delights in alleviating the sufferings,pains and cries of the helpless/less-privileged people in the society/around the world is who Professor Iniobong Uko is,hence her full participation in the diverse activities and commitment to the cause of ALPES Charitable Foundation in spite of her crowded academic engagements.
Coordinator Support Services (N.W Zone)
Aisha Abubakar Jika is the Coordinator – Support Services, North West Zone at ALPES Charitable Foundation. She holds a B.Sc(Hons)degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Abuja, Nigeria, and is also a member of the Association on National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
Aisha possesses several years of work experience in the Public and Private Sectors spanning the Microcredit and Oil Sectors. By virtue of her upbringing, her father who in his lifetime through his charity activities in the non-conventional bank (People’s Bank of Nigeria) was actively involved in providing succour to the less-privileged across Nigeria, Aisha from childhood developed a zeal to assist the disadvantaged/less-privileged in the society vide the work of the charity. This is her passion vis-a-vis to put a smile on the faces of the needy not only in her charity endeavor in Nigeria alone but also around the world.
Aisha Abubakar Jika is happily married with children.
Regional Director (N.E Zone)

Larai Bode who hails from Adamawa State, Nigeria is the Regional Director, North East Zone, Nigeria for ALPES Charitable Foundation and she is also a member of the Board of the Foundation.
Larai earned her first & second degrees a B.Sc in education/Economics and an MBA, Finance both from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria in 1985 & 1999 respectively.
Her work career saw her first being a pioneer staff of the Peoples Bank of Nigeria from 1990 to 1993, Adamawa State Investment and Property Development Company Ltd
from 1993 to 2003, Bureau of Public Enterprises Abuja up to May 2023 where she retired as Director, Finance and General Services.
Larai Bode attended several professional trainings within and outside Nigeria and she is blessed with four children and many grandchildren. Her likeness and enthusiasm for the people below the poverty line is what makes her happy,satisfied and absolutely fulfilled with an impeccable zeal to do more.
Coordinator Support Services (N.C Zone)
Mr Naphtali Bala Gana is the Coordinator – Support Services, North Central Zone of ALPES Charitable Foundation.
He is an Administrator per excellence and possesses a BTech in Library & Information Science from Uthman Danfodio University, Sokoto, Nigeria.
He has held several positions in the Public Service of which includes being The Chief Librarian, Niger State Library Board, Bida, Nigeria.
He is passionate about giving back to the Society through selfless projects. He is also an enthusiast in building youths to gainful employments and grooming them to being Self reliant.
Coordinator Support Services (S.W Zone)
Mr David Olugbenga Abiri is the Coordinator – Support Services, South West Zone ,Nigeria for ALPES Charitable Foundation.
He is a graduate of Applied Geophysics (B-TECH) from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. He is a Tax Administrator per excellence who is actively involved in charity and care activities. Mr Abiri is married with children .
